Public Sector Consultants (PSC), Inc., is a private Michigan corporation, specializing in nonpartisan policy research; health, environmental, education, and economic analysis; strategic planning; program evaluation; opinion polling; and public involvement. The firm strives to improve clients’ ability to meet the challenges of a changing world and communicate effectively with their constituencies.

Since its inception, in 1980, PSC’s services have been commissioned by more than 500 state and local government agencies, school districts, colleges and universities, professional associations, hospitals, foundations, and private corporations. Some of the firm’s reports have attracted national and regional attention, and many have substantially affected public policy and attitudes.

Clients from both the private and public sectors use the firm’s research, analytical, communications, and advisory capacities to develop and implement policies and strategic plans; improve internal management; identify stakeholder priorities and address conflict between corporate and community interests; and identify political, regulatory, and economic factors influencing public- and private-sector decision-making.
